We are a busy 96 place nursery in the heart of Shirley. We offer OUTSTANDING care for children from birth to 5yrs, we have 4 main rooms, Babies, Tweenies, Tots and Pre-school, we also have an additional room, where we are able to offer children 1-1 as well as reducing group sizes for more specialised activities.
We are open for 51 weeks of the year, we close for all bank holidays and a week over Christmas and offer additional leave for birthdays and long term service. In addition we reward staff with monthly treats or gifts, along with celebrating practitioner of the term and year with further pressies.
After passing a probation period you are enrolled onto a private health care policy which the company cover for free for the first level of care as well as contributing to a Christmas meal.
We have a staff room where you can relax over your lunch hour and enjoy a variety of goodies always on offer, as well as tea, coffee and cold drinks. Staff arriving before their shift are also able to take advantage of our breakfast cupboard offering cereals and croissants.
We are open 7.30am till 6pm Monday to Friday, shifts are shared to cover the day, on a weekly basis.
