Who are Naturally Curious Childcare?
We’re very lucky to have an excellent staff team, led by our Area Manager Emily Suttling. Emily has been at the forefront of the recent group wide nursery renovations and expansions and is our Curiosity Approach Champion. She makes sure all the children are nurtured and loved in their own nurseries while helping the managers develop the nurseries with their systems, planning, quality, approach, teaching and learning and creating amazing learning environments. Emily previously managed Pebbles for four years prior to her promotion and developed a tight staff team and an amazing reputation, something that she has managed to build across all our nurseries.
Each manager has full control of day to day activities and are able to create their own staff teams, they’ve done an amazing job of getting the right teams together to care for your children. Although all of our nurseries follow the same ethos they are all unique in what they do. Each nursery has a different feel and the teams are involved in the day to day set up and how the approach is delivered. Our superb management team consists of Victoria, Gemma, Deana, Sarah and Tash who all work closely together to share best practice and ideas for their settings.
Nursery Director Neil Dudman, is always in and out of the settings making sure we’re meeting the highest of standards. Neil is also a dad of two boys who came through our nurseries, so understands the stresses and strains working parents face daily. Neil is known for being handy with a drill and is often given tasks by the team to build and create new exciting things for the children, however his main job is to look after the business side of the nurseries, marketing and to be on hand to guide us as all as a team. Neil is also well known in the nursery sector for his coaching and mentoring of other nursery owners throughout the UK. We are joined by Marie Anderson who takes care of head office tasks such as invoicing, accounts and admin.
