Our vision is of an organisation that nurtures children and staff and supports families. Our aim is to create welcoming nurseries that have strong, united, inclusive teams who put children at the centre of everything they do. Staff that deliver the best possible care and education, that are ambassadors for the nursery and who enjoy excellent relationships with our families and the wider community. We will have high expectations for our children and we will deliver exceptionally high standards of care and education to help them to feel nurtured and to reach their developmental milestones.
We have high expectations of all staff and we will train and support them to fulfil their potential both as individuals and as nursery officers. We will ensure that staff and managers understand what good practice looks like and deliver it at all times. Staff and managers will be provided with clear direction and the right balance of challenge, accountability and support to carry out their job role effectively and to continually develop their practice.
We will listen and respond to our families, our children, our staff, regulatory bodies and the wider community making changed where necessary and continually striving for improvement.

We ensure that the nurseries are always fun and happy places, filled with the joy and laughter of staff and children. We allow children to be children and encourage them to immerse themselves in experiences that suit their age and stage of development, valuing process over product and experiences over goals. We support children to reach their next developmental milestones, to gain the skills that will enable them to become lifelong learners and to be school ready.
