Job Title: Pre School Manager

Salary: £33,000 per annum
Location: Orpington
Crofton Early Learners is a well-established pre-school located on church premises, providing a nurturing environment for children aged 2 to 5 years. We are seeking a dedicated Pre School Manager to lead our team and create a vibrant, safe, and stimulating learning experience for our little learners. The role is from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm, 41 weeks a year, offering opportunities for professional development and career progression.
As a Pre School Manager, you will be responsible for:
– Overseeing the daily operations of the pre-school, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children.
– Leading and supporting a team of childcare professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
– Developing and implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum tailored to meet the needs of all children.
– Building strong relationships with parents and carers, providing updates on their children’s development.
– Maintaining a high standard of safeguarding and well-being for all children in our care.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
– NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or a higher qualification.
– A clean DBS check and ability to provide relevant documentation.
– A practising Christian, embodying the values of our community.
– In-depth knowledge of EYFS and early childhood education principles.
– Strong understanding of safeguarding regulations and best practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Creative and innovative approach to early years education.
