Job Role: Qualified Nursery Nurse
Role type: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday)
Location: Footsteps Chingford, 5-minutes from Chingford overground station
Salary: Level 2, £18,000-£22,000
Level 3, £20,000-£26,000
Level 4+ Neg

Responsibilities

As a qualified member of staff you are responsible for:

• Ensuring the safety and well-being of the staff and children in your care. 
• Providing a safe, secure, caring and stimulating environment, within the framework of the EYFS 
• Making sure that you meet the developmental needs of each individual child.
• Working closely with managers and other nursery staff to create a positive environment in the nursery and to build close ties and relationships with parents and carers

About you

• You are Level 2 qualified in Childcare or higher
• You have experience working in childcare
• You are proactive in taking the initiative and you genuinely care about being part of a healthy work environment

To be a good fit you will have to be a good team player, self-motivated, having a friendly, warm attitude towards the children and your colleagues. You have to have a good understanding of child development and to create fruitful learning experiences while paying attention to health and safety norms and tasks.
