Job Description:
To support the management decisions and activities within the nursery unit in order to provide the highest quality care and learning opportunities for all children attending the nursery and to promote continuous improvement and development of all staff.
Work effectively as a team leader; consistently exhibit a flexible, positive and co-operative attitude.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn, to apply that learning and work towards improvement and to take advantage of change.
Assist in developing and maintaining an attractive educational play environment in accordance with the guidance within the EYFS.
Promote children’s intellectual, physical, emotional and social development.
Establish positive relationships with the children and their families.
Take responsibility for the safety and well-being of the children.

- Staff who become ill during the day and need to go home are not docked pay for the remainder of the day as a reward for attempting to come and work

Job Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 –
we are looking for imaginative and enthusiastic people who have a love of outdoor play, to join our well established and dedicated staff team.
If you have a NVQ level 3 or equivalent, and are experienced and passionate about childcare and development and have a good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage, then we need to hear from you!
