We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Baby room supervisor to oversee the daily running of our baby room within a brand new setting opening soon. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills, along with a passion for working with children. This role involves creating a nurturing environment that promotes the development and well-being of children while ensuring compliance with safety and educational standards. The candidate must hold a minimum of a level 3 in childcare and have at least 2 years experience ideally this has been within a baby room prior.
