As a Room Leader, you will have overall responsibility of your room and for the safety and well-being of the children in your care. Leading by example to your team and providing them with guidance and support will also form part of your role. You will also carry out the keyperson role & will be allocated a group of children within your room, where you will build secure relationships with them and their families. You will support each child’s individual needs, interests, and learning whilst providing effective interaction within a fun and stimulating environment that allows them to explore & discover!
