We would like to welcome a Nursery Manager to our established and friendly nursery team in Southall.

Work should be fun and we are looking for individuals who share that philosophy at Nursery on the Green Day Nursery; part of Childbase Partnership who are an employee-owned company.

As a Nursery Manager qualified to level 3 or above you will earn £18.85-£21.65 per hour (£36,757.50-£42,217 per annum for a 37.5 hour working week).

You will effectively deliver high quality standards of childcare, promote partnerships with families and external agencies and ensure every child thrives in a safe and secure environment.  You will uphold all company policies and Ofsted requirements and ensure colleagues do the same by role modelling outstanding practice within the rooms and offering appropriate mentoring and coaching.  You will effectively manage parent queries, occupancy levels and your nursery budget and you will proactively solve problems and identify future challenges.
