Our entire team are Educators, but what we are looking for now is a Senior Educator to join us and help us provide a boundless and diverse curriculum in our unique and inspirational environment.

Our nursery is small, rural and fun. We are extremely popular with local families and we are located in a beautiful listed building, once a priory, surrounded by farmland and fields, animals and nature. The old farmhouse has been beautifully restored to suit a modern nursery, with suites full of character as well as practicalities. Our resources are second to none and no expense is spared in making our environments special for our children and colleagues. Outdoors we are fortunate to have a large, private car park on site; and two well equipped gardens overlooked by horses.

We are a child led nursery, successfully blending a mixture of teaching styles to meet the needs of the children and families in our community. We offer a high quality of education and care to every single child we are fortunate enough to work with. Our team are a mix of both experienced and caring educational stalwarts and new, innovative practitioners; including our Nursery Manager who has been with us for 8 years, and our newly appointed Area Manager, who work together with the team, to develop a truly exceptional early years provision.

To apply to join our team, you must hold a Level 3 or above in Early Years Education (or compatible) and must genuinely enjoy being with children and have a creative flair for setting up activities and the knowledge to extend learning whilst mentoring more junior colleagues. You will have an excellent grasp of written English and be able to demonstrate highly professional communication skills.

The role is 40 hours a week including your paid rest breaks and lunches, and 7 weeks paid annual leave; performance related bonuses; professional training opportunities, access to our colleague wellbeing program, discounted nursery fees if required; and free, easily accessible onsite parking. All our team wear their own professional clothes, and the salary is extremely competitive and negotiable, depending on qualification and previous experience in a similar role.
