If you have answered yes…We have a fantastic opportunity for a Room Leader to join our special and friendly team, working full time (40 hours per week).

Shanklin Day Nursery is a small, family-owned nursery located in Stoneygate, close to the city centre and all local bus routes. We have an excellent reputation, achieving good and outstanding Ofsted reports for over 28 years.

Pay starts at £21,500 and is dependent on experience, to be discussed at interview.

Our nursery has plenty of character, all our group rooms that are light and airy, providing lots of space in which our children can play and learn. Our nursery also benefits from 3 large outside play areas, including a forest school area, which are very popular with our children and staff.

What we ask from you:

• You are qualified to Level 3 in childcare or above
• Be prepared to have lots of fun at work. Laughter is something you can expect to engage in for a large part of your working day.
• Be friendly, enthusiastic and passionate about providing the highest quality of childcare and learning experiences to children.
• Develop strong partnerships with parents

• As a room leader we ask that you are willing to share your own experiences and knowledge with other practitioners.
