As Nursery Manager, you will be the driving force behind our expansion, working closely with a supportive leadership team to:

1. Lead the transition from part-time preschool hours to a full-day nursery (8am–6pm, 51 weeks a year)

• Contribute to the strategic development and long-term success of the nursery

2. Lead the care for children aged 12 months to 5 years including

• Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, compliance, and Ofsted readiness

• Manage, support, and develop a passionate staff team

• Deliver an inspiring, child-centred curriculum underpinned by the EYFS

• Build strong, positive relationships with families

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking an ambitious, forward-thinking early years professional who thrives on growth and challenge. You will be:

• Qualified to at least Level 3 in Early Years (Level 5/6 desirable)

• Experienced in leadership/management within an early years setting

• Confident with EYFS and Ofsted frameworks

• Skilled in staff management, rota planning, and compliance

• Passionate about providing inclusive, high-quality childcare

• Entrepreneurial in spirit—motivated by the chance to help shape and grow a setting
