Job Description

As a Montessori Teacher at Seedlings you’ll be part of a close-knit team delivering high-quality Montessori education to children aged 2–5. You’ll prepare and maintain the classroom environment, observe and record children’s development, and guide their learning experiences with sensitivity and respect. You’ll also work closely with families to ensure every child feels secure and valued.

Hours: Term-time only, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (35 hours per week).

Job Requirements

• Recognised Montessori qualification
• Experience in an early years or Montessori environment
• Good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
• Strong communication skills with both children and parents
• Enthusiasm, patience and a genuine passion for helping each child thrive
• Ability to work flexibly within a small, collaborative team
