This lovely small but busy setting in Maidenhead are looking for a new Deputy Manager, ideally you will be in a similar position as a room leader with deputy manager duties, looking for a new challenge salary is c£27k with lots of benefits with this small but growing provider.

Job Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 3 years’ previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 years’ experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
