Love working in the Countryside? our clients are looking for an experienced senior Early Years Professional for their Deputy Manager role in their lovely setting.  Ideally a deputy manager, but would consider an experienced Room Leader, and having experience of working with children with Additional Needs would be a bonus.  Ideally you will need to be a driver to get to this setting, there is free parking, and the package being offered is based on 40 hrs a week either 4 or 5 days with a salary up to £32k depending on experience.  Lots of other goodies are also being offered with this premium and passionate small provider.

Job Requirements

• Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
  
• Have at least 3 years’ previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
  
• Have at least 1 years’ experience of leading and supporting teams
  
• Can inspire, energise and support others
  
• Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
  
• Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
  
• A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
